Coming from a regional town, I was rarely exposed to live classical music, and I was unaware of the countless performance career paths I could undertake as a professional musician. AYO not only shone a light on these possibilities, but also put me in direct contact with the people that could help get me there – conductors, tutors, and of course, the hundreds of other eager young musicians based all around the country.
