About
Juah is a 17 year old violist based in Sydney. She attends MLC School, Sydney on a full music scholarship and has become the Music Captain of 2026. She is a passionate member of her school orchestras and ensembles, performing in renowned venues as Principal Viola. She is currently studying under Anne Louise Comerford, Associate Principal Violist in the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
She has received many awards and recognition for her solo playing, notably achieving a distinction in her LmusA diploma in 2024, and winning the St George Open Age String Concerto Championships in 2025. She actively competes in many other eisteddfods as well, receiving several first place awards in major competitions around Sydney.
Juah has played with the Australian Youth Orchestra since 2024, learning with Australia’s finest performers and teachers. This year, she served as Associate Principal Viola in AYO National Music Camp.
