Relive the magic of your Australian Youth Orchestra days! Not-so-direct from AYO’s 1984 Ambassador Tour, special guest conductor Guy Noble invites friends of AYO from decades past to join him for this special reunion at National Music Camp in 2025.
Over a warm, long weekend in Adelaide, you will reconnect with old friends, dust off your instrument and relive the joy of making music in the midst of an AYO program. You will witness today’s young talent making their start and perform a forgiving repertoire including Beethoven, Johann Strauss Jr, Tchaikovsky, and Jessica Wells.

Includes two dinners, three days of rehearsals and performance, as well as admission to all seven concerts in the AYO Summer Music Festival. Travel and accommodation not included. A 50% deposit is required by 31 October to register with full payment due by 30 November.
Flights and Accommodation
The program will be confirmed by email after 31 October, depending on interest. Before booking flights and accommodation, please contact AYO to confirm that the program will proceed. AYO does not accept liability for any associated costs of attendance or cancellation.
Age
25 years and above.
Eligibility
AYO is seeking strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, harp and keyboards for the program. If you have any questions about the standard required or the program in general, please contact us.
Standard
There are no requirements though ideally participants will be playing on a semi-regular basis to maximise enjoyment for all
