An experience like this is life enhancing, one takes away incredible inspirations, makes life long connections with your Australian peers, learning life skills of resilience and collaboration, and opens your eyes to the wider world. Whether or not an orchestral career is ahead of you, this type of experience at a young age is totally unique, and a great opportunity and privilege.

London Symphony Orchestra | AYO Alumni 1983-1988
Comprised of the most promising young musicians from across the country, our orchestra has captivated audiences on home soil through the trials and tribulations of the past few years. Now, we have the chance to return to the global stage, showcasing the talent and dedication of our musicians in the world’s most prestigious concert halls.
In 2025 the AYO will perform under the baton of Maestro David Robertson in Amsterdam at Het Concertgebouw, Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen, the Musikverein in Vienna, and many more distinguished venues across Europe. We have ambitious goals for the International Tour which do come with significant expenses.
Your donation will play a crucial role in ensuring that our orchestra can embark on this once-in-a-generation journey.
